I've been working on a model of the CN tug that sailed Okanagan Lake here where I live.

It's a Linghburg model that I 'waterlined', using a tablesaw with a fine plywood blade. I finished the cut with a belt sander. It will be going to our club layout to replace a temporary model.

looks perty good on YOUR layout glen :thumb: sucks to see it go to the club and not sit pretty in your harbor :D .nice job though.--josh

I have another tug that I'm scratchbuilding for my own layout. It will be a copy of the SS Naramata, a CPR tug that also sailed lake Okanagan. That tug is now in a museum in Penticton along with CNR tug #6.

Tugboat Naramater

I drew up a set of Plan's for Scratch building the CPR's Tugboat NARAMATER and donated them to the restoration society in Penticton in 02 I would be interested to know if anyone has used them to build
