Is the rear truck powered? Steerable? It looks at least as if it pivots - are they aiming for tight radius trolley line use?

Interesting looking vehicle. I wonder if rules of the road allow for passengers in trailers? I thought that was against the law at least in North America?

It's a hibred. Railroads allow passengers in trailers. It's really an interesting design. The cab comes up and locks onto the trailer and the power unit bogie pivots underneath.

I suppose that way, if the trailer goes over, the driver goes with it. :cry:

The design is totally modular and can be used with either passengers or freight.
