Bit of work done, created the Secondary Hull
Note for future builders, the highlighted part (last Pic) - it's the inside of the lower part of the secondary Hull. Adding it twisted the Hull so that when I joined the two parts it was a long way out. Hence, the picture where I've had to slice a line down the part.

Well this was annoying!
After having built the secondary Hull I was looking over some references pics from Zosho. I spotted the the shuttle bay should drop down into the Hull and yellow bit should have been cut out!
Anyway, fiddly little muck about to fix it!
That's what happens where there are no instructions!

Your fixing on this model are looking great. You are doing great work. I hope there are no new errors.

Lower sphere
You can see in the pictures, I added internal tabs to stop the lowest part of the dome falling thru when gluing. The tabs were made of paper that had been printed grey to also helped block any gaps.

As I often find, when building a saucer (or sphere) miss alignments happen and the bits don't fit together properly.
I trimmed about 2mm from part 7 (picture 2) to allow the sphere to join properly and there not be a huge gap

Looking great. Are you preforming the parts that should be rounded?
I tend to curve the parts arround a pencil to take away the "flatness"
I use also a pencil and I use a foam pad to roll the pencil over the paper.
