X-wing Red 2 / 1:48 / Imcold

I have a little OT.
If this is Red 2 X-wing(Wedge Antilles), so why the pilot wears Luke´s helmet(maybe)?

Because : Wedge´s x-wing is right now piloted by Luke. Sometimes life brings you some unforseen situation - My own helmet was kaput last week because the conector was broken - maybe Wedge has the same problem :p I send greetings to the highlands (Vysočina) :wave:

dnalor: Yes, that is correct - I have red 2 and the one released on the web is red4. Personal gift from Imcold. The whole texture is different - not only the stripes :)

Any chance that Red2 will be released for the "normal people"?..


I tried to start building my Red4 xwing..but didn't find a correct dome for r2 and my cardboard wasn''t big enough for the nose-tip.

I have to check at my work for bigger cardboard.

maybe i can do the falcon at my work and the xwing at home :-)

I don't really eat it either. If I do, it's the cheapo stuff that comes in a sack. The kids go for the Chocolate Frosted Sugar Bombs stuff. But a lot of things come in that type of cardboard.

BTW: what about camos? Have anybody know where i can find camos of all x-wings in red squadron? I´ve looked everywhere but with no result.:confused:

Unluckily the (public) photos don't show the filming models from all the angles, so for some areas, we can only guess (bottom of red 1, for example).
 
So the model is finished and I must say that the result is really hilarious (I praise the Imcold´s work) Certainly not intended for beginners but on the other side - I also managed to. So thank you David and I wish you much strength and patience with other work.
