This is the 28 mm scale mini by Wizkids, for Pathfinder Battles, and or Dungeons & Dragons, Gargantuan White Dragon. the box he came in is roughly 210 mm tall, by 205 mm wide, by 175 mm deep, and the finished figure stands 185 mm tall. In this scale a 6' tall man would be 28 mm tall.
the mini is pre assembled and primed, but there were some minor gaps along the join lines of the wings and front legs to the body, I filled those gaps with AV Vallejo Plastic Putty, then wiped the excess off with a damp rag.
this first pic is with the darkest blue as my shadow color
and a lighter blue and a medium grey added to even it out
and a very light grey, and off white added to bring it up to final brightness.
I added small pebbles from my driveway to the base, and used baby powder glued in areas to simulate a snow covered rocky area.
They gave this mini a dramatic pose to simulate lift off, the tail and a small clear acrylic rod hold it up,
The final paint is the mouth, tongue, teeth, eyes and claws, then a dry brush of the highest areas with pure white.
all in all, a nice addition to my mini collection.next will be Wizkids Gargantuan Red Dragon...
