Hi Catt. Thanks for the info. I've attempted to search on those model numbers, specific to the purchase of HO models, with no success.
Is there a chance they're known by alternative names or models or something?

The first one is also known as a Dash-9 44 CW both Athearn and KATO make these.
The second one is a Dash-8 40 C. This one is done by Bachmann.
ATLAS makes the Dash -8 40 B .This is the 4 axle version.

Yes, now that's the info I needed. Dash 8-40B is the guy I will be after since it is a four wheel model. My 4x8 layout can't handle the six wheel models or a lot of rolling stock over 50'. Thanks!
