What do you do in HO scale?

Chris, the idea came from an article in a late 70s MR magazine written by Bob Hegge on a freelance boxcab he built from sheet brass. I used a cut down circa 60s Walthers doodlebug frame and drivetrain and recycled store signage made of styrene. Some bent wire, Athearn handrail stantions, plastic and brass details from the scrapbox and a Rivarossi pantograph finish it off.

Lester, which chicken house do I turn off at should I ever get back up that way? ;)
 
This is what I have completed so far for my layout. It is of a cottage that I will be placing on my modular that will be built after we are done moving. You can see my work in the thread - I Finally Did It

I model the Chessie System Railroad. For right now I will be doing a small coal that the ran to on one of their routes in Maryland. It will be modular since I will be limited on space for the time being. When it is time I will post photo's. The Era I will be modeling will be the late 70's Early 80's when chessie was still going strong.
