The Aztec car is similar in principle to the CenterLine track cleaner - a roller with J-cloth soaked in cleaning solution that you haul around the layout. The Annihilator's bling is a reservoir for the cleaning fluid.
These things work OK, but they're no substitute for mechanical cleaning. Even if you run them around the layout every day, you're still going to have to scrub some parts of your trackwork.
