Touring CP's Scarborough Freight Yard?

I think I've read that the public is able to visit and tour the CP freight yards at CP's Scarborough/Agincourt yard in Toronto.

If so, I was wondering if any forum members have done this. I'll look this up but thought I'd also toss this question out here. I was just thinking that I'd really enjoy seeing this -- especially if you're allowed to ride in the cab of a loco as it shunts around the yard! :mrgreen:

Also, are well-supervised children allowed as well? I'm guessing the answer is "no," although my son would love it!

OK, after some quick searching, I now know you CAN tour and visit the yard. But I haven't yet found out how you go about this or who to contact. Thanks again! Rob

Rob: Interurban (Chris) did this recently and had his picture in the star. He doesn't visit us as often as he used to, but his son works there and does the arrangements. You'll need work boots and a hard hat.
