20190714_152128_HDR.jpgupper part all done. now the REAL tricky part was getting the staircase up through the middle, had to twist back and forth to get up to to.. and had to make sure it was in the right direction. but after 3 tries i got it in right.20190714_152825.jpg20190714_153454.jpgwas a REAL pain but its done to this point

Amazing work!
This deserves a special category award. Not only is it a great model, the persistence to get it done maintaining the quality is a real testament to your endurance.

I think it is safe to say, many more attempts of this model will be started and not finished.
:Bravo:

So...
What's the final triangle count?

You did a PHENOMENAL JOB on this project! Everything is clean, clear and crisp!
KUDOS TO YOU ON A FINE JOB WELL DONE!!!
thankzs Rhaven, been a long labor of love doing this one. i really push myself to do it. didnt think i could or would get far with it, but i did. if any one else is gonna to do it, best advice is to keep at it and go slow. it will try you. you could say it's a "expert" level model to build. and i sure am not a expert. could it be better..yes..am i happy with how it turned out....oh heck yea..
now i'm trying to think of what to do next..humm, something with lights in it maybe??? :rolllaughing:

@lyter1958 You are right, this model is EXPERT LEVEL (then again, so are many of UHU02's models)! Granted, in every model, there is always room for improvement (I have proven that with the Buck Rogers Thunder Fighter, many times). However, you have proven that you are an exceptional model builder, with all that you have done, and this model is no exception.
Regardless of what your next project is, I know that it will be worth watching the build thread. SO, with that being said, I am greatly looking forward to seeing what you build next.
KEEP UP THE FANTASTIC WORK!!!

THIS IS AMAZING! Your build is beautiful and proves that assembling such delicate structures is no witchcraft. If it were, we would not call ourselves papercrafter..! ;)

(Admittedly, some of us also sometimes build paper models of witches but you know what I mean. ;) :D )

Really one of the most impressive constructions I have seen. You have achieved something extraordinary that not many would encourage us to face. Cutting, painting edges, assembling all that is a monumental work, and you have done it magnificently. Although you do not say it modestly, you belong to that select group of experts who do amazing things
