Guy's I'm close to print the templates but I'm not sure about the colors.
Can you look at the next picture and give me your thoughts.
Thanks in advance.

If you're asking which color you should go with, i suggest color "1". But I also like the 3D Remi colors. They would work also. A multi-tone TIE would be nice! Pick a couple main colors and a couple contrasting colors for the trim and details.

I like the one labeled "2" it is a cool blue grey that matches the on screen color. To my understanding, the studio models were a "Neutral Grey" which when filmed against a blue screen, took on the blue hue.

Original models of ties and are bluish (Tamiya TS-32 is supposed to be good match acording to people who were able to inspect originals). This is photo of original model.

Moore Grey colour of ties seen in the moovie was caused by strong lights that was needed to expose properly and subsequent optical handling of the footage. It is said that some models even started to twist under the hot lights.

The construction of the tube is cool! I would go with the base colour from Shunichi's TIE. However, it should be easy to re-colour the parts later if someone wants a different shade. ;)
