Here's a picture of the energy hub.
Have to figure out which colours I want to use.
Some of the parts I wan't to be layerd, but they are verry small.
The dimensions of the energy hub is roughly 30 x 30 mm.
And below the real size 30 mm.
I have learned a lot using sketchup the last view day's.
Not a master yet, still need to learn 3D drawing.
Next is the inner part of the energy hub.
All these updates, the model should be renamed. A 10% change in the model makes it a new model. You get what I am saying, make a new file, with all the parts, and give yourself the credit. Nobody is stealing anyting from anyone. UHU never had the rightrs to make these models either. Forget about the morality, we saw what happens when you try and help a guy out for over a decade and he stabs you in the back (UHU, that is).
And here are some real size pictures of the energy hub.
Some of the greebies at the right side are way to small. So I will skip these for this buils.
For a 1:36 build it's possible to use these.
The parts above are used for the outside energy hub on the wing.
Now I can work on the inner part's of the energy hub. Most parts I can re-use.
That wasn't hard to finish just skip some parts and work was done.
First attempt to get a printable prototype.
I don't like the diagonal line's. Its hard to get them sharp.
But first I will test the wing in a pre build.
Update on the wing project.
R-F and Rhaven helped me to check my sketchup files.
The short version is that its better to draw 2D drawing's in coreldraw or inkscape.
I will use inkscape because its freeware. So I will start over the drawing and again I will post the results.
That would nice to put in the Tips, Tutorials & Tools (or if becomes a something far more prominent, I can just open up a complete section for it like I did GIMP).
