Good idea! If the diameter is too small you may wrap some thin paper around it till it fits.

Hey Skyseeker, it's been a while. The fleet is temporarily on hold, but I hope to be back very soon to finish up the Colonial Movers & continue work on the fleet. Been a very busy last few months. Hope you are doing well my friend. :)

Understand. Moving is always challenging, but moving while building a ship about moving doubly so! Been working on the Vorchan in addition to work and Christmas. For the Vorchan see here:

I've redesigned pieces before, but I've never done a full workup of a model before. A learning experience for sure! Gandolf50 has been helping out.
