My wife and I drove down to Tekoa (Tee Ko) yesterday to look at a house. Tekoa is located about 40 miles south of the Spokane Valley on Highway 27. You round the corner and this is what you see.
This is the old Milwaukee Road trestle going into town. The towns website states that they used to have a round house there as well before the trains pulled out and it was torn down. Their web site has some neat old railroad pictures of the area.

We left town just as the sun was setting. I had to stop and take this picture. Believe it or not...I thought of all of you here at The Gauge and how you would appreciate the shot.
Hope you enjoy it.

Reid
