I was thinking about laminating strips and, or using the expanding foam and fiberglass method on mine.:thumb:

I've been lurking this thread for a while and found the Sketchup-model not very useful to base a paper craft construction on it. So i started my very own contruction last weekend. Actually the hull ist on its way to completion.
