On my way home awhile ago I noticed the Iowa Interstate was using a pair of their 38-2's to plow snow from their mainline out of council Bluffs. We had quite a bit of drifting from this last storm and I imagine with the climb out of Council Bluffs they might have trouble without cleaning the tracks.
