hi i need to know how to resize a picture on a windows xp

What photo program do you use when you download a pic from your camera?

I dont use a camera I am using a pictuer off-line for my avatar. when i do use a camera i use photo wizarad.

WinXP comes with MSPaint.
Load the picture in there and then select the Image menu and select "Stretch/Skew".

Josh,

There are a couple of threads in the Photo forum that will help you. Take a look at "posting pictures..." and "new f3". You should be able to "open" you picture, resize it to fit the avatar requirements, then save it as a .jpg.

Go on google - look for IRFANVIEW. Download it (free), load your photo in, select image, select re-size resample, save!
