Yes,

You can always hook up a rechargable battery and associated recharging electronics so that the led stays on at a fairly constant level.

The gotcha is that you have to find space to hide all that extra stuff (yet another technical term).

It is kind of difficult to have an led light up off of track juice if the juice level is at zero .
