Printing aids resource uploaded

I have added to the 3D printer files resource area a document I put together with links to upgrades I bought for my Ender 3 Pro.

The document also have a great YouTube series on assembling the Ender 3 Pro that I wish I knew about when I bought my first one. I used the videos to help assemble my second one and am very happy with the results.

Last in the document are links to several websites to troubleshoot printing problems and fine tune your printer settings. This should apply to all FDM 3D printers.
