Paper school...

Help!!!

Is there a tutorial out there somewhere that explains the different types of paper and cardstock as it specifically applies to paper modeling? Vellum vs photo vs bristol etc. What type of paper is best for details? What is best for strength? What is best for print quality etc? Weight, thickness, European vs American sizes etc. Brands and where to get them.

I have found random bits of info all over the web, but surely someone has done the ultimate paper guide by now.

If there is a encyclopedia of paper for modeling, please point me in the right direction.

I am in the USA.

Use generally speaking, 110lb. stock, or 67lb. stock. I tend to use 110lb. matte, and .67lb, for stuff that needs to be thinner visually. Don't use Bristol Board, it's overkill, and costs way too much.

It would help to know what country you're in, then you can get better answers. I'm in the U.S. of A. :)
