I embedded some of your pictures. All you have to do is press the little Yellow Square above and past the pictures "URL" into the box and the picture will be shown. Magnificent workmanship, really excellent!! :)

Did you build the model, then apply some mass on it, and finally sculpted and painted it? Is that right?
I'm no purist, don't worry, it's just that I'm really impressed with the result. The colors look like you've applied some computer pattern textures, did you do it BY HAND??? Fabulous work, congrats! If I may suggest, do you have any plans to add the shoelaces? I think it would give your model a totally real look, exactly like the mask did.

Thanks, the model is not yet completed, I will make the shoelaces, the stand, I must finish rifle ...
The model is painted by hand, I used Revell colors.
... and, this is my method: On explanation I use my earlier figure (Steins,Gate - Makise Kurisu)
1. I use modelling material (photo 1), who I glued on the model (m. material is wet still ) with gel superglue (Loctite power gel) (photo 2)
2. I'm waiting when the modelling material is dry
3. I use to mask acrylatte putty (photo 3)
4. then I must a lot of grinding ... (photo 4)
5. I use Spray Paint, or revell color on small parts
6. ... and here is the result

(Sorry, for my bad English )

Rio???

Mikezax

Your English is perfectly understandable, I totally got it. :thumb: I like the name of the putty you used, "CARIOCA". You see, "carioca" is how people who are born in the city of Rio de Janeiro is called. So, I AM a carioca!

Well, not that much...

:D so in my model is a little piece of you
I feel honored, but I don't think I deserve that. "Carioca" is a term that defines who is born in Rio, but it's more like a life style. And the cariocas have been elected as the most solidary, sympathetic people in the world!
Don't believe me? Check it out...
Thank you for the honor!

Absolutely amazing! I'd like to make a suggestion, though: put something aside of it to give us scale notion, like a pen, or even that usual scale cube we all know. You can also put it on the cutting mattress, because it also has some graduations, like a ruler.
I'm following this!

This kind of artistic work is really incredible. It is really nice that you share your methods. I could never do anything like that. I really am at a loss for words. :)
