oahu 47t locomotive

ALL, awhile back someone was attempting to make a GE 44 ton engine into a Oahu 47T dropcab narrow gauge unit. I believe he was gonna use an N scale mechanism. What happened to the conversion? Did he finish? (I can't find it?) Thanks <lv4142003>
