I finally get my L-shaped workbench done and have some photos to be shared: 
I have one 8x4 and one 5x4 putting side by side. This is for the Atlas "The Super Pretzel".
The 8x4 has 6 legs reinforced by braces and the 5x4 has four legs. When I put them side by side, they are completely leveled amazlingly enough.
The total cost is about $90 less my own labor.
