I want to make a rock cliff. I made a mold with AL foil as the rock face. Is there somthing I can use to prevent the "Plaster" from sticking?

Welcome Joe , As long as you don't have deep undercuts, a cheap release is Canola oil. Spray it on and work it in with a soft brush. Test a small spot first.
