This site is the place to be for cardmodeldesigns scaled at 1:100. This is a very popular area in papermodels in Czechia and Slowakia:

Dig around and you'll find hundreds of carmodels. Very detailed.
Most are in a highres resolution or even vectorized. Thus can nicely be enlarged.

I had forgotten about that site. There is a world's worth of models. This last update has some real beauties that would probably scale up nicely! Thanks for posting this!
