Earlier today the paper model designer that went by the name of "Michael the Haggard " passed away. I found his work when I first started building. His designs were simple enough to be easy yet detailed enough to be good. I wish I could have met him.

That is sad to hear. He was a member here. My deepest and most sincere condolences go out to his family.
Soon, I will be uploading his collection in the RESOURCE SECTION as a memorial tribute to him.

My God. He was the first person with a website that I talked to about paper models. He led me to yahoo star trek paper models, Ron's 1701, just about all the old school stuff. He was more than a friend, He was a scholar of paper models. I remember when his site went down about ten years ago and I panicked! E-mailing him to put it back up. He was a Brother in paper modeling and His LIS Robot will live forever. I sincerely hope that he will be back, either for another try or in inspiration, because we certainly need him. Good-bye Mike.
