A couple years ago, I commissioned a 3D artist to do a concept helmet, from the book "art of return of Jedi". I never got around to make one myself. So I thought maybe someone here may be interested to try one. I don't remember who the artist was or where he is from, maybe he will see this and let me know, so I can give him credit.

These are very interesting renderings.
I have always been fasinated by what people come up with during the concept stage of designing something.

I too like your blog. Your work in very interesting.
There are quite a few old school BSG models here and even more BSG fan (both old and new) here as well (me being one of them.).

I am looking forward to seeing more of your work.

The origanal 3D model was done in 3d max. I use Metasequoia, I do all my 3d work in it.
