SO, I guess that it is time again to update this thread.

I worked on the sides of the main body (This is where the legs protrude).

Here are the parts for the framework


The framework is assembled.




Here are the parts for the sides.


The bottom half is attached.




Here is the top half.


The greebles for the top half are attached.


The top half is attached. (*NOTE* This is a bit of a pain to attach. So, take your time with it. I strongly recommend that you attach one side at a time.)




I raised all the "rivets".


I applied front supports.


The other side is finished.




Here are the main body and both sides.


Now on to more of the front facade (of the main body) and the legs.

Here is a small update. I worked on the front facade (the grill-work, light and circuit board).

Starting with the "grill-work".


The "grills" were cut out.


The "grill-work" is put in place.


Here are the parts for the circuit board


The circuit board is assembled.


Here are the parts for the light. I cut another piece for the light bell and used super glue to attach it to aluminium foil (the top part).


The light is assembled.


The light and the circuit board are put in place.


Now on to the legs.

Here are the legs. I started with the feet and lower part of the "outer" legs.

The first foot is assembled.





Here are both feet.




Here are the parts to the outer lower legs.




The main post and upper plate to connect the foot to the outer lower leg.


The main post and upper plate are connected to the foot to the outer lower leg and the foot.


This is an outer support and connector for the wires (that will be connected later).


The outer support is attached.




Both outer lower legs and feet are assembled.

This is the lower section of the body and connector lines.


The lower section ois asembled.


The lower section is attached.


I attached the side pieces.


I attached the vents.




THe lower legs and feet are attached to the legs.

Here is a small update.

Here are the cables that go from the body to the legs.


I raised the blue connector points.


The cables are attached to the body.


I used super glue to attach each cable to its point, so that it would stay in place.




Next will be the rest of the front face and actuator arm.

Good morning Ladies and gentlemen,

It is time for another update to this thread.

I have finished out the face, and mount fr the actuator arm.

Here are the parts.


For the face plate, I raised the center gray part, the wires, and the connectors. For the mounting post for the arm, I raised the collar and cut the holes out.


This is a "stabilizer" arm. I made the thinner part of the arm a bit thicker and made the top connector piece a bit thicker.


The face plate is in place.


The stabilizer arm is attached and the mounting post for the arm is in place.


Now onto the arm itself. :Computer:

These are the hydraulic/pneumatic parts.

Now onto the second half of the arm.

The first part of the second half are attached.


Here is another hydraulic/pneumatic piston.


The hydraulic/pneumatic piston is attached.


This is the front cover of the arm.


As you see, I layered some of the panels of the cover.


The cover is fully assembled.




The cover is attached.




Now onto the hand.

So, here are the parts for the hand (yes with a hand of cards as well. Yes, it is a royal Flush of diamonds).


This is the connector (wrist)


Here are the for the hand itself.


The hand of cards is in the "pincers".


The "wrist" and "hand" mount are attached.


The pincers are attached to the hand mount.


The whole arm is now attached to the arm mounting post.


The robot is now finished.


Here two of the robots together (wondering where the third one is).
