Huntington Beach, CA Sewage Treatment Plant

Hi Guys, im staying with my freind at his dads house weekend and he lives in Huntington Beach. We decided we would go for a bike ride down to the beach so we did and on the way we went rite past the Huntington Beach Sewage Treatment Plant. It was a mess lol, they are undergoing HUGE upgrades it looks like because there is construction all over the place inside the gates of the plant. I took some pics with my camera fone when we were riding back up the trail next to the plant.
