how to work with wood siding?

I decided to get some Northeastern siding to put on my cardboard structure but don't know how to put grandt line windows into the clapboard siding.Does anyone have some suggestions or is there a hint section for working with this product.

Belg. Frame around the plastic with 1x4. Your siding might work.
