They look pretty much the same, except one has a ladder instead of a runaround on the one spur. The biggest problem I see is the 2' width. To run a continuous loop your turn radius would be 11" at best, pretty tight curves unless you are only running short engines and rolling stock. Also that puts your mainline right on the edge of the layout. Nets might be advisable.
