Help identifying Decoder

Rummaging through some old stuff, I found a couple decoders I need help identifying before I try to use them. I bought these for n scale engines.

Or if you want to guess what the wires are for. I know Orange and Gray go to the motor and red and black are for the rails.

Wire the RED and BLACK wires to your PROGRAMMING TRACK.
Then read the CV's to get the manufactures ID.
The wire colors seem to match current decoders.
