iv'e done alot of ground cover in the past and it still looked not real so i was doing some new bench work last week and when i was cleaning up the saw dust i thought to my self what would it look like on my layout ? so i put some on in a 12 inch by 12 inch space in the far back of my layout i've let it dry back out for a day then i took some water base hunter green paint and panited it and let that dry then went back with high lights hear and there and it looked better than i thought so i'm going to do the rest of my layout this way looks almost like real ground truff with little money spent. about $2.00 for the paint and glue.. i'll post some photo's of it when i get this scanner working...
