If you have the ink, and the best prices are at www.inkproducts.com you should always print could multiple sheets, that way, you build with the knowledge that you are going to be greeblin the model. All models should be greebled. It makes the model more details, and you take ownership of it. If you go all out, you end up making somewhat average model, spectacular. :)

Our admin Rhaven Blaack often builds a model to learn how the parts fit together and to understand the logic of the assembly. Then he would start to build the same model again, but this time he would greeble the heck out of it. Just look for "Detailed Buck Rogers Thunderfighter" here at zealot to see how far he goes. :)

When I am making a new model from scratch there might be some areas which would not fit or which would require adjustments. Rather than starting a new test build I take the existing one, remove the wrong structure and glue the revised one over the flawed one. In addition, I often use the back side of misprints to make my test builds. And I love cereal boxes which make for good laminations. In short, I am a member of the inofficial NWAPOCC ("Never-waste-a-piece-of-cardboard club") :D .

Having converted to Catholicism 8 years ag0, I would really be interested in seeing what you have made.. If you could post a thread in the new thread, that would be great! If it's a model, I would be honored if we could host it for you. :)
 
No new model (yet) but the standard way of my work. HOWEVER, there is a plan to make a HUGE model of something very special. I'm about to gather the necessary refs which includes getting some first-hand info from our local church. ;)
