Tonino updated FIAT 508 Balilla - 1:16 - Black version with a new update entry:

Resolved printing issues on US Letter format

I didn't check what would happen if my pdf were printed on other formats than European standard A4. When warned about it from Zathros I realized (with genuine horror) that some of the parts would be cropped if printed on US letter sheets with the "don't resize" option selected (that is intended to be left checked if you don't want your model pieces to result distorted...).

So I reorganized all the parts in the sheets in a way so that, any format you select, all the pieces fall within...

Excellent, another stupid question is that, as you mentioned properly, the model stays the same scale? Just want to make sure when I start on this frame, I make sure that our European brothers can use it. :)

If I understand well your question the answer is YES!
I didn't rescale any part of the model, just shifted a little all the objects toward the centre of the sheet so that all them fall whithin the printable area of your "physical sheet", no matter what format you choose.

PS: "sale" stands for "scale" isn't it? I always wonder if it's my English that is too weak or your fingers that are too fast! ;)
