Hello
I am making this for my daughter, the wheels are left to do and the propeller. I made with card 130g to be sturdy. Hopefully Dusty holds together a while....

Nice model - clean build. Sure your daughter will have fun with it.

130g? I sometimes have doubt whether my 160g Card is strong enough.
I preferred 250g, but my new Printer does not allow this sort of paper. Now I am using 180g or 160g.
Hope your plane will be strong enough.

I too think your daughter will play with this far more than you may realize. Don't be surprised if you find her talking to it! Try and make the prop spin, it's worth it. :)

Dusty will log many many hours. Be prepared to build some spare parts. You daughter would be shocked to see the plane repaired over and over again. I gave a model of a Lotus Europa to my flight Instructor's son 10 years ago, and now, he is a teenager, and still has it. He guards it like it is a treasure. He says it really gives him a lot of memories. It is slightly banged up, but surprisingly, it is in really good shape. It's the small personal memories that really can have a great impact. Your model came out great too, by the way. :)
