Is there any other dual control power pack available other than MRC Tech II DualPower 2800 Transformer? I have checked a few places but didn't find others listed.

DC, the MRC is one of the few that are actually two separate throttles in one unit, each with its own transformer. Most others are simply two throttles that share one transformer---not a good setup when your trains are starting to draw serious amps. Your best bet is to simply get two separate identical throttles to insure that they are up to the task.
