Parts 1, the snout,


and 2, the head are cut out and pre formed,


Cheap Hobby boss #11 blades dull quickly... ahh well only 2 more, then I open my pack of Excel #11s

Edge painting during assembly... mixed colors from crimson, pavement, kings yellow, and arctic white.

Thank you all. My daughter in law loves dinos, so this one will stay with her..

I got the head assembled, and added some more color to the seams to try and blend them in...


I cut out the neck pieces3, and 4, and edge colored them and glued them together, and assembled to the head.


I forgot to take the intermediate pics...

My cheap Walmart pallet, with the 4 colors I am using to blend the color for edge painting, and some fill in color...


Even using El Cheapo craft paints, I still miss my wet pallet... It kept my mixed colors wet, and usable for weeks...

Looks like the page was just a little too big for my El Cheapo HP printer to print right...


as you can see from these pics, it cut off the bottoms of the pieces at the bottom of the page.

This printer, an HP Deskjet 2700, doesn't let you print without margins... So I'm gonna try and print at 90% and see how that works.

I'm sorry to hear that the printing went wrong. Stil its a beautyfull model. Good luck with your second printing run.

Actually my 4th try at printing... Grrr Acrobat doesn't play nice with HP's wireless printing...
I had to open the pdf in HP's own viewer to size it for proper printing... But I finally got a good print.

Now I'll put a fresh blade in the ole knife, and start cutting again... Err... Scoring first, then cutting.
