Charley,Absolutely! When I worked on the PRR there was 5 industries that was a bear to switch and required extra moves that we would not normally make.
Now how about several industries that was located in a wye?? Yes we had one such area on the PRR and it was a bear to switch.

If you put them in the wye, you should have a few cars labelled "unload from this/other side" so that they need to be turned. When the gang comes over, make sure that the cars are oriented in both directions.
