Alright, this thread was inspired by MilesWestern`s thread and also CCT70`S response. I had a basic model railroad site called Model Rail Structures that sold building kits and detail parts. I got so many requests for built up and RTR products that I am making a change to doing just that. As stated in MilesWesterns thread, I believe not everyone has the time or patience to build kits. SO, I thought I would show the progress on one of the items I am making that will be on my site. This is the start of a laser cut mahogany racing boat in O scale:
The hull is formed!
Hull, and deck together with 3 coats of stain (about 2 1/2 hrs. work includind sanding) The stain is still wet!
