CP's new green goats, N scale?

Here are a few pictures of CP's brand new green goat, number 1700. Do you think anyone will make these in N scale? It would be hard to make them heavy enough to pull anything, there would be almost no room for weight! I don' think they are very nice looking, different, that's for sure. But I guess they use much less fuel.

I have not had to chance to run one and the only one I saw was on Amtrak.

It is my understanding that they are battery operated and the small diesel engine is used to charge the batteries.

If someone does make a model, expect it in HO first. Or one of the brass manufatuers might release one in N.
