Changes to a small section of the layout

I have been working on the layout and found I did not like a section of it.
So I though I would ask for you options.

I am wanting to put in a Passenger station with a little switching around. The main look would be of a business district.

Any help would be grateful

I'm only seeing the top part of the plan. The 1st version had a very steep grade for that fly-over branch junction right at the top. I see you have fixed that. Can't tell beyond because it's not showing.
 
Wow! An impressive layout! I always love seeing a freelanced layout because it gives me ideas on how to improve my boring one! Well done!
