Buck Rogers Thunderfighter

Ravell-Fan> Are you going to release the up-dates as a separate download or are you going to have Martin Saenger add it to his Thunderfighter as an "EXTRA PARTS" sheet?
I have already contacted Martin. He approves my little project and will get a copy of the mod files as soon as they are ready. I think that the mods will be added as extras available on zealot or paperaviation or both. But I have to finish some other projects first (Colonial One & Colonial Blaster; and the Landram wants to be finished, too!). All this may take a while, so please be patient. I`ll post updates asap. CU!

No worries mate. Take your time. Although I do have to say, I am greatly looking forward to the add-ons
I am following your other works and looking forward to those as well.

KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!

Revell-Fan,
I did a BSG coloured version of the Thunderfighter and posted a thread. Here, http://www.zealot.com/forum/showthread.php?t=168988
Check it out and let me know what you think?

:thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb: That IS frakkin' AWESOME! :thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb:

Great work, Rhaven!

My sympathies, buddy, because of your mom. My mom likes Buck, too; she adores the costumes.

Thank you for the words of kindness.
My mom liked Gil Gerard as well as Michael Ansera. She had the hots for both of them.;););)
I of course had the HOTS for Erin Gray!!!:twisted::twisted:

Anything is possible mate.:mrgreen::mrgreen: If not by blood, then by spirit (and hobbies).:mrgreen::mrgreen:
Keep up the good work. I am greatly looking forward to the finished product.

Any new updates? Not trying to rush, but I am just curious, that is all.

Tomorrow, I will be starting on the scratch build of the MK-IV Thunder FIghter.

Good luck!

Needed some time to work on the Blaster and the Landram. Once they are finished, I'll turn to the Thunderfighter again.

I have desided to put the MK-IV on the back burner for awhile now. I am having too many problems with the design ov the engines. I am still designing everything the "OLD SCHOOL" way with pencil, ruler and paper. THis project has reminded me of an old saying, "What works and looks good in 2-D, does not always work and lood good in 3-D."

For now, I have desided to put all of my efforts in the designing of the MK-III parts and help Ravell-fan with his parts for the other Thunder Fighters.

Your build is fantastic. I'm over half-way finished with mine but having trouble getting the two front cones and all the blasters built in and curled properly... any tips?

Normally, I will roll the gun parts around a thin sewing needle ir very thin hat pit.
If you do not want to go through the work, you can always cheat and use a toothpick and cut it to the size you need, then paint it to match the part.

Also, you can start a build thread to show off your work in progress. It will make it easier to where you are having problems and people are able to help you better.

I took a crack at the four seater version with the cockpit interior, easy build, great detail and very well designed because it went together perfectly.

Please start a thread and post photos. We would all like to see your work.

Just to let you know, there will be a revision of both cockpit interiors, which are more detailed and closer to being canon.
