Hi all..

Looking back to old archives, I have found some pics of one of my early paper ship models.

Is a 1:250 scale model of Australian breastwork monitor HMVS CERBERUS, launched in 1868 and sunk on 1926.

Here you can find some deep information about the ship (from Wikipedia) : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HMVS_Cerberus

The model kit was produced by Paper Shipwright and, still today, is freely downloadable from their website at the link : https://www.papershipwright.co.uk/product/hmvs-cerberus/

The actual downloadable model represents the Cerberus in his aspect at the early of 1900 (single-masted and with secondary armament), while the kit I have downloaded many years ago from their website was about the ship in her early aspect in 1870 (two-masted and without secondary guns)

So, if you want to download and build the model, you'll build a more modern version than mine :)

Anyway.. this was a very appealing building ... a nice waterline kit that, if well build, has a very nice appearance in all his Victorian livery and under a transparent case becomes a very nice object to put on a home library' shelf..

OK.. now some pics of my "old" model of CERBERUS :

Happy paper-modeling... and stay safe !!

I have this model. You have to really do a lot to bring it to this level, and do your homework. You obviously have done so. :)
