Hello all
When I saw this livery, I decided I have to build this plane, although I am not too much into civilian airliners
Designed by Hermercraft (Edwin Rodriguez).
Scale 1:120.
Parts fit is great, detalisation is ok.
The model can be downloaded here https://mega.nz/#!DJAw1aTI!pzA4a3F1G5BqJ4PeiIIsntCyC2J5i4X2d7VGnPARut0

This is a free model distributed by Hermercraft on his facebook and YouTube channels
One thing that made me wondering was the rudder to fuselage connection, I will have to think what to do with it

I like airline models. They can easily be made into real gliders. I have yet to see someone punch out the windows, and put some either reflective, or dark glass, to make them pop. You did a great job lining up the segments, and the body looks straight as an arrow. ;)

That has to be one of the best fitting jet fuselages I have seen. :)

Oh, you're too kind. Thanks.
A lot of credit should go to the developer, Hermercraft (AKA Edwin Rodriguez). All in all, the parts' fit is great. At least the fuselage. I will find out very soon if it's the same for wings

Doyou have a link for this model? If you're not sure it's an appropriate link, send it to me in aa Private Messsage (PM), you click on my avatar and the option for "Start a Conversation" pops up, and let me look at the link. That is one well designed model. Your skill is self evident, I've seen enough of these models to know a good model, and to realize when someone with talent has put it together, and you obviously have the talent, :)

Gandolf50 overtook me;)
Also, I published the link to this model on my first post in this thread.

Thanks Zathros !

Sorry, I guess I didn't read the first post, my bad. I have two friends that are airline pilots and have been bugging me to build them an airline model. But when you don't see people enough..........out of sight, out of mind. Besides, I don't think I could get the fuesalage as nice as yours came out. :)

Hello all
Continue with the wings.
Internal reinforcement for the wing is a boxed structure from paper with one former in the root and one former at a console root. It wouldn't work in a larger wing, but here it works perfectly well.
The winglets - these made me scratch my head trying to decide how to make them. In the end I glued them almost horizontally and then tilted them up. Looks not great at all but this Is the best I could do.
Attaching the wings to the body us also quite a deal. There is an internal boxy structure inside the fuselage where the wing is supposed to be attached but there are no beams that go thru the fuselage to create 3d structure to support the wing and prevent sagging
Just need to glue the root former to the body
This is a pretty light model, I hope no sagging will occur. If yes, I will have to dismantle the wings and use some wooden coffee stirrers to stiffen the structure abit.
Then I stared the engines...
In all pretty good parts fit. 20200215_015044_copy_1024x576.jpg20200215_015053_copy_1024x576.jpg20200215_021251_copy_1024x576.jpg20200215_031058_copy_1024x576.jpg20200221_235351_copy_1024x576.jpg20200221_235359_copy_1024x576.jpg20200222_002731_copy_1024x576.jpg20200222_115034_copy_1024x576.jpg20200222_115056_copy_1024x576.jpg20200222_115105_copy_1024x576.jpg20200222_115140_copy_1024x576.jpg20200222_014022_copy_1024x576.jpg20200222_014114_copy_1024x576.jpg20200222_025508_copy_1024x576.jpg20200222_025055_copy_1024x576.jpg20200222_023954_copy_1024x576.jpg
