B'mann Porter disassembly/decoder install?

Hi all -

What's the proper sequence to diassemble the 0-4-0 w/o breaking anything?
Is the 0-4-2 the same?

Has anyone installed a decoder in these?
Tips, tricks, advise?

I disassembled one of these with the idea of stretching it to On3. I think that it will need longer axles to make that work. I will have to go look at the pieces, and see what I can remember the 0-4-2 is very similar to the 0-4-0 excepting the cab floor and rear beam. no room anywhere other than in the cab.
