Thank you for the compliment! Interestingly, you are not the first to have said that I am not human.

Here are the main support pylons and the tram tubes that go between the landing bay sponsons.

GalacticaAG06.gif

In order to mount four landing bay sponsons, I had to redesign the support pylons to make a "Y" shape.
Here are the parts for one. I laminated the "Y" part to (roughly) 2 mm thick (so that the skins have a good surface to attach to).

The "Y" support pylon is assembled.

I assembled six "Y" support pylons.

Here are the parts for the tram tube and mounting.

The tram tube and mounting are asembled.

Since there are four landing bay sponsons, I had to attach two tram tubes and mountings.

I attached only four of the main "Y" support pylons. The tram tube is replacing the center "Y" support Pylon.
As you may see, I had to cut the tips that protruded off the ends of the "Y", so that the sponsons will sit properly.

Just my comment here, I'd have made the launch decks mirrored, so that the tops of both sets face opposite directions. In 0g there is no up and down, and this would allow maximum coverage for the secondary batteries.

But I still love what you're doing with this.

You have a very valid point and I wholeheartedly agree with you. However, I am using an STL file that the person that I am building this for, as a guide. So, I have to stay as close to the STL file as possible.
