Half of the battle is getting detailed 3 way drawings that one can work with. I like to do ship hulls. Finding lofting tables can be really hard. I'd like to do the 1975 CB400F, or the 1983 GS750ES I own, but have yet to find line drawings that show the bike in sections like this modeler has.
