thanks guys. on the dread, it was said to use magnetic tape inside the shoulders and arms to make them changable.i experimented with that but i guess the tape i had was weak, they just kept falling off or drooping down pointed at his feet about to blow them to smithereens. so i rolled 2 cylenders
and put them in the shoulders, and then made tubes to slide into them and glued them to the arms.as a side note is the dread close to GW in scale?

I like the Ninjatoes Viper. I think my son and I will have to do that. I want him to start building. Might even inspire me!
