Need someone to check out a CHURCH @ 1110 7th Ave. for possible use as a Model RR Museum for layouts in 'N' (Already have 'N' plans), HO & O 2rail PLUS items to show & Hobby/Gift Shop.

Get in on the Ground floor by helping me. I'm from out/State.
Need to know if the Main floor is about 5000 sq. ft. Condition, Area, ANYTHING that would make you want to buy it yourself. OR NOT.

This is kind of funny since I will be in Altoona tomorrow. I need to stop in at Gene's. I'll take a photo of the building for you but I just don't have time to do more than that.
